The Clover Project ("we," "us," or "our") is a nature-based, non-denominational community organization based in Olympia, Washington. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website, participates in our programs, or otherwise interacts with us. Information You Provide Directly

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you contact us, sign up to get involved, register for a program, or inquire about Beloved Venue.

  • Payment or donation information, if you make a gift or purchase (processed securely through our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card details)

  • Device and browser information, IP address, general location, and pages visited.

Information From Third Parties

  • If you engage with Beloved Venue for weddings or retreats, information may be shared between The Clover Project and Beloved Venue as needed to coordinate your event.

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about our programs (Bowl of Hope, Transcendence, Apollo & Artemis, Roots & Wings) and community events.

  • Maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Site and community.

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Service providers who help us operate our website and programs (for example, Wix.com, our website hosting and building platform, and payment processors for donations)

  • Beloved Venue, when your inquiry relates to weddings or retreats hosted at Beloved, our 160-acre sanctuary

  • Legal authorities, if required to comply with the law, protect our rights, or ensure the well-being of our community

  • With your consent, or as otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection

 

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

Some of our programs, such as Apollo & Artemis and Roots & Wings, serve youth and families. Where a program involves children under 18, we collect only the information necessary to administer the program (such as a parent or guardian's contact information for registration) and do so with parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website without parental consent.
