1. About The Clover Project
The Clover Project is a nature-based, non-denominational community organization based in Olympia, Washington, offering programs including Bowl of Hope, Transcendence, Apollo & Artemis, and Roots & Wings, and connected to Beloved Venue, a shelter for weddings and retreats.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes:

Participation in our programs and events (including youth programs such as Apollo & Artemis and Roots & Wings) may require registration, parental or guardian consent, and agreement to additional program-specific guidelines or waivers provided at the time of registration. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs and events at our discretion, and to refuse or revoke participation where necessary for the safety or well-being of our community.
4. Donations and Payments
Donations made through the Site are voluntary and, except as required by law or in the event of a payment processor error, are non-refundable. Any fees associated with venue bookings through Beloved Venue are subject to separate agreements between you and Beloved Venue. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions and do not store your full payment card details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and program materials, is the property of The Clover Project or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
6. User Submissions
If you submit content to us — such as messages, testimonials, photos, or feedback — you grant The Clover Project a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our mission and programs, unless you specify otherwise in writing.
